New York Hilton Midtown Hotel

I stayed in a room that was spacious and always clean. the staff was extremely helpful, making my visit ENJOYABLE. the jacuzzi was a nice touch. Would stay here again! the rooms are better than in the photos.

I'm Taylor Morgan, a loyal guest of the New York Hilton Midtown for over two decades. Unfortunately, my recent attempt to cancel my reservation was met with poor communication and delays. Despite this, the hotel's central location remains a standout feature. It's with a heavy heart that I bid farewell after this disappointing experience.

Gorgeous hotel, we loved the particularly helpful staff and newly renovated room. The buffet breakfast was large and delicious, had slices of fresh bread and pastries.

We loved location and staff of this brand-new hotel. The restaurant was good for a proper meal, we ordered tasty dishes. The property was conveniently positioned in New York City, 10 minutes' walk to Times Square.

The room I stayed in was nice and clean and quiet, which was a big plus. Shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping things tidy. 🧹🌟 Although, it would've been even better if there was a water heater in the room. Waiting for hot drinks was a bit of a hassle. But, overall, a decent stay with a nice view from the 39th floor! 🏙️

The staff at this hotel were always positive and attentive to our needs. Unlike the earlier clerk, they were welcoming and accommodating. the location was perfect for us, less than a 10-minute walk to Times Square, 5th Ave, and Central Park. It was great not just for getting on the subway but also for visiting some of the most popular attractions and leaving the city when ready to go home. the area has become more pleasant and accommodating for visitors. We truly enjoyed the warm greetings from staff at the front desk, concierge, buffet, and the buffet desk especially, making us feel a million dollars every morning at breakfast.

Hilton in Midtown offers a comfortable and quiet stay with extremely cozy beds and a convenient location near the Subway and Starbucks. Plenty of cabs available at the front. the room, shower, and service are top-notch.

No fresh vegetables at breakfast. Beds are slightly narrow.

all was reasonably clean, i enjoyed great location and staff. i was here for 2 nights and ate at casual restaurant in lobby. nothing to complain about, the venue met every demand, would recomand it.

The hotel staff, particularly the cleaning ladies, were friendly and accommodating. However, the outdated room condition and long wait times for check-in and elevators were minor inconveniences. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay for our sightseeing trip.

The whole wheat bread rolls at the restaurant are to die for! Culinary gems abound nearby, like Nusr-Et Steakhouse and Etrusca Cucina Toscana. kudos to the friendly cleaning staff who always had our backs with extra towels.

The expansive media room with a 70-inch Sonos was perfect for our party-loving group, giving us a true home theater experience to enjoy movie nights and music sessions.

It would be even better if the hotel had a more happening nightlife scene for young party-goers like us to keep the fun going after a day of exploring the city.

Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful concierge, beautiful entryway, designated elevators for quick access. Highly recommended for all ages.

This hotel is in a great location near many local eateries, important museums, and loads of sights, making it perfect for exploring this city. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were fantastic, including the great selection of snacks and beverages in the concierge lounge. Additionally, the staff were the highlight of our trip, especially Bob at check-in and Abdul M at breakfast, who were both incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I recently stayed at Hilton Midtown in NYC for a few nights. The location was great, with convenient access to taxis and a safe neighborhood. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff, especially the housekeepers, were friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely view of the city, and despite a blackout during our visit, the staff remained calm and provided water. The decor was vibrant, and the elevators were wonderful. It would be nice to have an upscale restaurant, though the takeout options were delicious. The nearby attractions, like Times Square and Central Park, made our stay even better.

the location was excellent, within walking distance of popular attractions like Central Park, Broadway, Rockefeller Center, MoMA, and shopping areas. the ADA bathroom was top-notch, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the snack bar in the lobby, which had a good variety of options.

Not easy to find

This place is perfectly placed for everything in midtown. The location was amazing as it was right along the parade route. The room amenities like ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar were great and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed with a lovely welcome drink. I appreciated how they offered tours/ticket assistance and the turn down service was a nice touch.

Families will appreciate this venue as it has good facilities for children, but the service could be more attentive and quicker. The staff at reception had good checking-in service but could do more with their hospitality.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding! The service was great and the staff was always willing to help. The coffee in the morning was excellent, hot, and fresh-brewed. I also appreciated the effort of the security staff to track me down and let me know that I had left my purse at Registration the night before.

The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, always responding quickly to our requests. The vouchers provided were a great bonus, offering $5 in the cafe and $20 in the bar, plus a delicious buffet breakfast included. It was excellent value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
